Richard D. Mewhinney: Update on the Ongutoi Health Clinic

The Rotary Club of Toronto Sunrise welcomed Richard D. Mewhinney as our guest speaker.  Richard provided an update on the Ongutoi Health Clinic, a Rotary sponsored project in Uganda.  The project has expanded  the Health Clinic from a single poorly maintained building, to its present state as a compound with a range of services including onsite lab testing equipment.
