Chelsea Armstrong shared her definition of Leadership :

"We are made with an empathetic link to others that allow us to trust when we are being led like blind sheep. It's the leader guiding them to safety,watching them every step of the way,making the bond become something real,in which others may observe and grasp onto in times of desperate hope. Leaders help when it is necessary and provide that stability that so many seek. They provide the trust that humans search for their whole lives"
