Celebrating Club Achievements

The Rotary Club of Toronto Sunrise closed the Rotary themed "Be A Gift To The World" year on a high, receiving two awards. 
The club achieved the Presidential Citation - Gold. A club can earn a Presidential Citation from President K.R. Ravindran (Rotary International President 2015-2016) for achieving goals that strengthen Rotary and your club. Activities include growing your membership, developing sustainable service projects, giving to The Rotary Foundation, and building awareness of Rotary in your community. Club president Clark Ferguson (right) accepted the award from Michael Bell, District Governor, District 7070, 2015-2016.The club also received the District 7070 Foundation Citation, an award granted by the District to clubs who increase member education of the Rotary Foundation.
