David Lockett is a Toronto businessman, social entrepreneur, community volunteer and visionary, as well as a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.

Mr. Lockett is also the hands-on volunteer Co-Founder and President of the PACT Urban Peace Program. PACT, an acronym for Participation, Acknowledgment, Commitment and Transformation is an award-winning, high impact, cost effective and results driven Greater Toronto Area (GTA) based charity dedicated to working with, supporting and empowering at-risk youth, as well as youth already in conflict with the law, to reach their full potential in life.
